I. Trader Application Requirements
Applying to become a Trader grants you copy-trading (signal leading) privileges, allowing other users to follow your trades and entitling you to a share of followers’ profits. Applicants must meet all of the following:
1.1 KYC Verification
The Trader must complete the Platform’s KYC verification. Users who have not passed KYC cannot apply.
1.2 Asset Requirement
Contract (derivatives) account equity ≥ 500 USDT. Equity means account balance plus unrealized P&L.
1.3 Trading Requirements
Traders must not follow other traders’ signals.
Before applying, the Trader must clear all open contract orders and positions.
If there are any open positions or pending orders, they must be closed/cancelled prior to application.
II. Trader Code of Conduct
2.1 No Return Promises
Do not promise any returns to attract followers. Any form of return guarantee is prohibited.
2.2 Aim to Help Followers Profit
Act in followers’ best interests, consider their risk in a timely manner, and do not engage in wash-trading or similar behavior to chase high ROI or higher commissions.
2.3 Prohibit High-Risk Strategies
Do not use excessively risky, high-yield strategies that create uncontrollable risk for followers.
2.4 No Personal Info Disclosure
Do not display or hint at personal phone numbers, emails, or social accounts in nickname, bio, or other public fields.
2.5 No Multi-Account Leading / Wash-Trading
Operating multiple accounts for leading, long-short self-matching, or similar behavior is prohibited. Violations may lead to permanent disqualification.
2.6 No Malicious Operations
Any malicious behavior (including but not limited to fake volume to boost follower count or AUM) is forbidden and may result in permanent deactivation.
2.7 Penalties
Upon violation, the Platform may immediately revoke leading privileges and claw back illicit proceeds. Services will no longer be provided.
2.8 Account Cancellation & Follower Positions
If a Trader’s leading privilege is revoked, followers’ existing copy positions will continue to be held. Traders must operate with full awareness of this.
2.9 Abnormal Trading Handling
The Platform continuously monitors Trader behavior. If abnormal/violative trading is detected, the Platform may prohibit further leading and take appropriate measures.
III. Trader Upgrade/Downgrade Conditions & Profit-Sharing Rules
Trader levels and revenue share:
| Level | Contract Equity (USDT) | Trading Volume | Profit-Share Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Junior | ≥ 500 | ≥ 2,000,000 | 8% |
| Intermediate | ≥ 1,000 | ≥ 5,000,000 | 12% |
| Senior | ≥ 1,500 | ≥ 15,000,000 | 15% |
| Expert | ≥ 2,000 | ≥ 30,000,000 | 18% |
Upgrade/Downgrade Rules
3.1 Equity Determines Level
Level is determined by contract account equity (balance + unrealized P&L) and total account trading volume.
Once conditions are met, contact customer service to request an upgrade; the Platform will adjust level based on eligibility.
3.2 Profit-Share Calculation
Share is calculated on followers’ realized profits. Higher level → higher share rate.
3.3 Downgrade Mechanism
If equity falls below the current level’s threshold, the system will automatically adjust level within 24 hours, and the share rate will change accordingly.
III. Service Fees & Commissions
3.1 Copy-Trading Service Fee
The Platform charges copy-trading users a certain trading fee percentage; see official announcements.
3.2 Profit-Share Payout
Settlement occurs daily at 00:00 (server time) only if the Trader has no open positions at settlement.
If there are open positions, settlement is deferred to the next day’s 00:00.
Settled amounts are credited to the Trader’s copy-trading account and can be withdrawn or reused.
3.3 Adjustments
The Platform may adjust fees and share rules based on market conditions with prior notice.
IV. Modification & Termination
4.1 Revisions
The Platform may modify this Agreement. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued service provision constitutes acceptance.
4.2 Termination
If the Trader violates terms or engages in improper conduct, the Platform may unilaterally terminate leading privileges.
