To protect your transaction security and prevent fraud or account freezes, please read this Security Trading Guide carefully and strictly follow the rules.
Chapter 1: Online Trading
1) Buyer’s Guide
Mark as Paid after payment: Once you have paid, click “Mark as Paid” within the payment window in time.
Confirm seller information before trading: Check the seller’s payment methods and confirm via the platform chat box. Keep chat records as evidence in case of disputes.
Do not cancel orders at will: After payment, wait for the seller to confirm receipt and release crypto. If the order is cancelled, the escrowed crypto returns to the seller and your paid funds may not be recoverable.
Use a real-name account for transfers: Pay only from the account (bank/e-wallet) that matches your platform KYC name; otherwise the seller may refund and cancel.
Verify the latest pay-in details: Always pay to the exact account shown on the order. If you pay to a wrong account, you bear the loss.
Transfer the exact amount: Match the order amount to two decimals so the seller can reconcile quickly and release funds.
No sensitive remarks: Do not write “Bitcoin/BTC/USDT/crypto” in transfer notes to avoid bank interception or risk control.
Prefer real-time settlement methods: Use instant payment rails where possible.
Avoid frequent cancellations: If you cancel 3 orders within 24 hours, new orders may be restricted that day. If failure is due to the seller not providing valid pay-in info, contact support.
Avoid the following violations or you may be appealed:
• Order auto-cancels due to timeout without payment.
• Not paid yet keeps extending the time or delaying payment with excuses.
• Marked as Paid without actually paying.
2) Seller’s Guide
Confirm price before posting a sell ad: Once matched, if a dispute arises only over price and the buyer has no violations, assets will be adjudicated to the buyer.
Release only after funds are received: Buyer’s crypto is escrowed by the platform. Confirm bank/Alipay/WeChat receipt before releasing. Early release without receipt is at your own risk.
If not received 15 minutes after the buyer’s payment, you may appeal:
• If buyer did not pay before marking as paid, or funds not received within 2 hours after buyer claims payment, you may appeal for refund.Check buyer’s real name: Ensure the payer’s account name matches platform KYC. If not, you may:
• Refund and cancel; or
• Request live video KYC with ID/passport; or
• Hold the crypto for 72 hours before deciding to release or refund.Failure to release in time may trigger forced release: If the buyer marked as paid for 15 minutes and you still don’t release, the buyer may appeal. For malicious delays, the platform may force-release to the buyer and freeze the seller account.
Avoid the following violations or you may be appealed:
• Not providing valid receiving details, causing buyer unable to pay.
• Buyer provided proof and marked as paid over 1 hour but crypto not released.
Chapter 2: Offline Cash Trading
Offline cash trading is face-to-face. Because it involves in-person meetings, follow these rules strictly.
1) Buyer’s Guide
Personal safety first: Meet in secure public places (bank branch, café, etc.).
Assume transaction risk yourself: The platform does not participate in offline trades and bears no liability for any loss.
Choose reliable sellers: Consider seller level, deposit, active time; don’t trade solely for a low price.
Communicate only in platform chat: Avoid WeChat/phone/third-party messengers. Keep all records on the platform for appeals.
Avoid remote/unsafe locations: Pre-agree a safe, crowded venue.
Seller releases after confirming cash: Funds are escrowed until seller confirms cash in hand.
Do not hand over cash without verification: Count and verify on the spot.
No appeals after completion: Once the order is marked Completed, no further appeal is allowed.
2) Seller’s Guide
Ensure your own safety: Trade in busy, safe locations.
Assume transaction risk yourself: The platform doesn’t intervene; support relies on platform chat records only.
Use only platform chat for communication: Avoid third-party channels to ensure evidence.
Funds are released after cash confirmation: Release crypto after confirming cash.
Price cannot be changed mid-deal: Once listed, the price is fixed; buyer’s order implies acceptance.
Verify the cash carefully: Ensure the amount is correct and genuine.
Release within 15 minutes of receiving cash to avoid appeals for delayed release.
No appeals after completion: After Completed, no dispute can be filed.
Chapter 3: Safety Tips
Avoid high-risk patterns: No card-skimming, third-party payments, or too-good-to-be-true prices to avoid freezes or scams.
Beware of “black card” funds: If you receive suspicious funds, promptly refund them.
Don’t share account information casually: Prevent your account from being used for illegal activity that could lead to freezes/investigation.
Stay calm and communicate: If issues arise, talk to the counterparty first; if unresolved, seek platform support.
