Chapter 1 General Provisions
1. Purpose and Basis
To provide users with a fair, safe, and reliable trading environment, incentivize high-quality merchants to actively participate, maintain the normal operational order of Tebbit (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and merchants, the Platform has formulated this Merchant Management System in accordance with the "User Agreement," "Merchant Service Agreement," and other relevant rules. Through this system, the Platform clarifies the basic transaction norms, management methods, reward and penalty mechanisms for merchants, standardizes their transaction behavior, and ensures a high-quality service experience for users.
2. Scope of Application
This system applies to users who apply to become ordinary or certified merchants on the Platform, and also to users who voluntarily apply to remove their merchant status but fail the review and ensure their assets remain locked in their Platform account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Merchants"). Once a user registers and applies to become a platform merchant, they must abide by and be bound by this system until successfully removing their merchant status. If you do not agree to be bound by this system, please proactively inform the Platform to cancel your merchant status.
3. Effectiveness
Special provisions in this system take precedence. For matters not covered in this system, other relevant rules of the Platform will apply.
