Welcome to the merchant services provided by the TEBBIT platform.
This Merchant Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into between TEBBIT (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform” or “We”) and the platform merchants (hereinafter referred to as “You”).
When you begin to apply for or use the advertisement publishing rights through the platform website, mobile application, or related interfaces, you are deemed to have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted this Agreement, as well as all related rules, announcements, and service guidelines published on the service pages. This also includes any modifications, revisions, or changes we may make to this Agreement at any time, and any new rules or systems that may be published from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to this Agreement or to the updated rules, please stop using the merchant services of the Platform immediately and voluntarily apply to cancel your merchant qualification.
Important Statement
Merchants, in addition to complying with this Agreement, must also comply with the various rules and announcements updated from time to time by the Platform. If you do not agree, please stop applying for merchant services immediately. If you have already started using merchant services, please stop immediately and apply to the Platform to cancel your merchant qualification.
This Agreement shall take effect from the date of its release, and may be modified or improved from time to time. The modified or improved rules will take effect immediately upon publication. If any part of this Agreement is inconsistent with subsequently published rules, the newly published rules shall prevail.
Merchants act as independent trading parties separate from the Platform. Although merchants are certified and allowed to publish advertisements after passing review and depositing a margin, this does not mean that merchants are 100% trustworthy, nor does it imply that the Platform guarantees or endorses the credit of merchants. We do not assume any brand or credit responsibility for any violations of Platform rules by merchants, nor do we assume legal liability for any adverse consequences arising from the merchant’s own behavior.
Merchants must ensure that services under this Agreement are used strictly for legitimate purposes. It is strictly prohibited for merchants to engage in money laundering, smuggling, commercial bribery, malicious market manipulation, interference with the trading system, or any other illegal or improper activities by taking advantage of the Platform or the privileges enjoyed. If it is verified by the Platform that a merchant has violated the above, the Platform reserves the right to impose measures including but not limited to account restrictions, freezing, termination of merchant qualifications, deduction of security deposits, and referral to judicial authorities. The Platform shall not be liable for any losses you or related third parties may suffer as a result.
I. Scope of Application
This Agreement applies to the following three types of users, collectively referred to as “Merchants”:
Ordinary merchants and certified merchants who have formally obtained the “advertisement publishing qualification” after applying for certification through the Platform.
Users who have submitted a deposit to the Platform even if their certification materials have not yet passed review.
Users who voluntarily apply to cancel merchant qualifications while their certification is still pending, and whose deposits remain in the Platform account.
II. Service Content
Once you apply and pass the Platform’s review and obtain the advertisement publishing qualification, officially becoming a merchant of the Platform, you will enjoy the following services in addition to the basic user rights:
Advertisement Publishing Service
To facilitate more convenient and flexible trading, merchants are granted advertisement publishing rights.
⚠️ Important Reminder: After obtaining advertisement publishing rights, you are obligated to report all your payment/receiving methods to the Platform. If any of your payment accounts are later frozen, you or your authorized representatives must promptly complete the “Frozen Account Information Registration” so the Platform can take responsive measures.One-on-One Service
To improve transaction efficiency and resolve possible disputes, the Platform provides merchants with dedicated one-on-one service.Exclusive Identification
To strengthen trust and distinguish merchants from ordinary users, the Platform will display a distinct exclusive merchant badge next to your account nickname.Other Services
Depending on business policy changes, the Platform may introduce new products and services for merchants, or adjust existing ones at any time. Please refer to the announcements on the service pages and product interfaces for updates.
III. Merchant Qualification
To enhance transaction security and the credibility of merchant identities, the Platform provides merchant certification services.
Certification Materials
Merchants must provide:Full name, phone number, WeChat (or Telegram), nickname, emergency contact name, emergency contact phone, and relationship with emergency contact.
Security deposit (certified merchants are required to pay a deposit, the specific amount will be shown in the asset management section).
Original photo of the ID page of the household registration book (hukou).
Proof of residence: property ownership certificate / rental contract / utility bills (property certificate must show owner name, address, and official stamp. Rental contract must show tenant’s name, address, landlord’s stamp, and both parties’ ID numbers. Utility bills must be recent and show payment address).
Application Process
Fill in information ➡ Pay deposit ➡ Wait for review ➡ Review feedback (within 3 working days).Voluntary Cancellation
If a merchant wishes to cancel certification, they must submit a cancellation request. Upon confirming no pending disputes or adverse records, the Platform will cancel certification within 7 working days and transfer the deposit back to the merchant’s account.
IV. Deposit
Deposit Introduction
To ensure trading safety, merchants must deposit and lock a security deposit in a designated account after passing real-name verification and AML checks. The deposit amount and asset type requirements vary depending on merchant conditions and publishing privileges.Circumstances of Deduction
The Platform has the right to withhold or deduct deposits if a merchant engages in:Disputes where the merchant is judged at fault and causes loss to other users.
Fraud, money laundering, illegal arbitrage, malicious manipulation of prices, etc.
Using multiple accounts or others’ bank cards for illegal purposes, causing losses.
Guiding users away from the Platform.
Any other violation of this Agreement, Platform rules, or legal requirements.
V. Merchant Removal and Penalties
The Platform may unilaterally revoke merchant qualifications under these circumstances:
Payment Violations: invalid account info, guiding offline transactions, refusing to provide payment details.
Unfair Fees: secretly charging extra fees or disguised “red packets.”
Performance Failures: 30-day transaction volume < 50% of average merchant level, or completion rate < 90%.
Risk Events: suspected money laundering, illegal activity, or cross-platform risks leading to frozen accounts.
VI. Trading Standards
Basic Principles
Merchants must strictly comply with honest trading principles: pay on time, release coins quickly, avoid malicious delays, and treat users and staff with respect.Payment Standards

Merchants must not participate in transactions involving illegal funds.
VII. Disclaimer
In addition to the disclaimers in the Platform’s User Agreement, Legal Statement, and Risk Disclosure, merchants must acknowledge the following:
The Platform assumes no responsibility for losses caused by merchants’ own actions.
The Platform assumes no responsibility for illegal activities of merchants in OTC or cross-platform trading.
